Affirmative Action

As a staffing provider, Ember Collective Staffing takes affirmative action to recruit, hire, train, and promote individuals in all job classifications without regard to protected characteristics. We actively seek to develop a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.

We encourage applications from individuals who are members of groups historically underrepresented in the workforce, including minorities, women, persons with disabilities, and protected veterans.

Reasonable Accommodations

Ember Collective Staffing provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities, and to individuals with sincerely held religious beliefs, unless doing so would cause undue hardship. If you require an accommodation during the application or placement process, please contact us at info@embercollectivemn.com or call (952) 378-0829.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Ember Collective Staffing maintains a strict anti-harassment policy. Harassment of any kind — including sexual harassment, racial harassment, or harassment based on any other protected characteristic — is prohibited and will not be tolerated. This policy applies to all employees, candidates, clients, and vendors.

If you experience or witness harassment in connection with Ember Collective Staffing's services, please report it immediately to info@embercollectivemn.com.

Pay Transparency

Ember Collective Staffing supports pay transparency. We will not discriminate or retaliate against employees or applicants who inquire about, discuss, or disclose their compensation or the compensation of other employees, except where the employee has access to compensation information of others as part of their essential job functions.

Reporting & Non-Retaliation

Any individual who believes they have experienced discrimination, harassment, or a violation of this policy is encouraged to report the concern promptly. Ember Collective Staffing will investigate all complaints promptly and thoroughly. Retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
